Mr. NEILSON ELESIS National Director of Miss Philippines Cosmopolitan World 2015 here in the Philippines. The international international edition was first conceived in the early part of 2015. His passion in pageantry started in the 80's and my most memorable encounter with international beauties was in 1994 when the Philippines hosted the Miss Universe pageant. It cost him P12,000 (Patron) for a single ticket to watch it live at the PICC Plenary Hall and sat along with former Miss International Stella Marquez de Araneta,former Presidents Fidel Ramos & Joseph Estrada and many other dignitaries. After the pageant they went to the Reception hall and met most of the candidates and former Misses Universe like MIchell McLean of Namibia, Mona Grudt of Norway, Angela Visser of Holland, our very own Gloria Diaz& Margie Moran, Irene Saez Conde of Venezuela Ms. Dayanara Torres of Puerto Rico and Sushmita Sen of India.
